The "REAL" hidden secret that few know about...

I may be repeating some ideas that were posted in my old AOL blog, 'Old Soldier Tom's Journal,' but I feel bolder now and I would consider myself a worm by NOT posting this message [before it happens] as a warning to some-- and encouragement others.
Even as my personal conscience tells me to vote for the ISSUES INSTEAD OF THE PERSONALITY RUNNING FOR U.S. PRESIDENT -- the "lesser of two evils" -- I believe with all my heart, mind and spirit that it doesn't really matter who gets elected! Sounds crazy, huh? Go figure: The USA is so deeply in debt now to China, etc., that each man, woman and child here owes about $400,000. to pay off our tremendous DEBT! That is just part of the super, complex problem that will crush our once great Christian based country. At the very least- we will lose our 'super power status' and prob go bankrupt with most of our citizens losing their pensions, Medicare and SS. Oh sure, we had bad times before and beat the odds, but this time will be different. I am looking thru the spy glass with an imperfect human eye. But now consider how the God of the Christian Bible looks at things... He sees another Sodom and Gomorrah all over the earth with abortion, corruption, polution, greed, the Gay agenda [Romans 1: 27] , God haters, and ISLAM making great in- roads in Western society. When Jesus will come back at the correct time-- it will STILL be a big surprise to 95% of humankind who have pushed Him aside to have their ears tickled by silver tongued, sleezy, lying politicians. Our 'young planet' and wayward people have not changed much in the past 6000 years.. lol.
Remember, MOST people on earth still believe that MAN can and will change the downward spiral of of all our earthly woes. The bible is full of big time rulers and kings who were full of themselves too-- and they died. Get the picture, yet? Many so-called 'Christians' will "think and vote" with their pocket book instead of any biblical values training. Even just one issue like ABORTION will condemn the leader or group who champions it-- compared to God's unchanging standards!
I am a frail, sinful human too, consider: Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." And in my younger years I thought I could control my future and destiny with my might, brains and talents... Ha! People just lack the true, humble FAITH and TRUST in the Lord [Proverbs 3:5] but have to have a human ruler who promises them things that he [or she] cannot deliver. That is the long and short of it, folks, friends and readers. All real, genuine biblical, mature Christians should know these facts and act accordingly. I will vote the McCain/ Palin ticket-- even though I know they will fail in the long run because the huge debt load, crime, corruption is so heavy and intricate... and the other liberal, sin laden party is pulling against the conservatives so that they can't get anything done-- for selfish reasons. It's hopeless to trust in mankind or so-called science.
ANYONE who even thinks that man [or group] can save the USA and world is actually sinning against Almighty God in suggesting that He is not able to keep His promises to believers and servants who worship Him !
I know that my close friends and brothers/ sisters in the Lord will comment and support this post-- but the world will hate me-- just as they hate Jesus. When some people prayer the so-called "Lord's Prayer' in Matt. 6:9, -- they are really praying for their own destruction.
Peace and Courage be to all believers in Christ. Hunker down, live within your means and pay of your bills NOW! Sit back and watch the world self-destruct. The God of the bible will deliever his children.

Blue Monday-- but all will come out well.

Seems like my knee and back are getting worse, but my pal, Mike Ryan finally called me up this morning to answer my call for help and assistance at the Milwaukee VA. I told him [respectfully] that I thought his new substitute nurse didn't mix the shots correctly and I could actually 'feel' the difference right away. So Mike scheduled me to come in early Thursday morn to correct the problem [another injection that he himself mixes!] -- and I bet other injured Vet's reported the same problem. You can't trust anyone now days--especially the VA, and I personally known them to lie, cover up and protect slack, lazy screw up and abuses. Don't worry, I let the world know and publish these oversights and abuses with CC [Command and Control]. I am NOT whiner-- but I will NOT let them abuse or give me substandard care-- or lack of it. Our combat disabled Veterans are getting croaked far beyond their time as it is! Just let us have our respected small place in the sun--with dignity. WE will not live much longer-- and after we are all dead--that last "restraint" of the evil world shall fall, as the Lord wishes.
We took the Dodge Ram 4 by 4 today to put more money in the Credit Union and I let my wife jump out and take care of business while I sat in the comfortable '07 Truck. I was just aching too bad today. We take turns waiting on each other, and it's nice to have a wife who rubs Eucerine cream on mydry feet at night... She says that it will cost her about $60 tomorrow for the hair dresser, and I want her to look and feel good. I need a hair cut too but I only pay about $11. I will have to wait to bu ylunber to build a ceiling to floor shelf in the back porch-- lack of 'bread $$.' I only need about 6- 1 by 12" by 8' s, and a few 2 by 4's. Guess I will wait until after I see my VA doc.
Again, I ask my friends and readers, 'what on earth should our MAIN PRIORITY be ??' Forgive my blunt, direct speech today, but the world is spiraling, going down as if a 'rocket propelled grenade [RPG]' hit a Huey H model slick out of the air and crashed ! That is 'aviation speak' ..lol. Another day of the Stock Market getting gutted. Even my household is suffering $$$ and my wife and I are just speculating and considering a "B plan." See that last posts of: "Old Soldier Tom's Journal" [AOL Blog]. It's got to be very scary for folks that only trust in their money-- or what's left of it.
The Bible says that things will happen so fast that most of us will be caught off guard and just like a snared rabbit-- it's all over. I heard that sailors in the 16th and 17th Century had scriptures tattooed on their backs-- in case they committed some infraction that the Master at Arms would not lay the cat'o nine tails whip across those holy verses. Proverbs 3:5 would be one of my favorites..... "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding." Well, my head is just as hard as the next man, and I have to learn from my own mistakes and goof- ups more than not.. lol.
Sharon is roasting pork ribs and it smells so good! I told her that we won't be eating out so much after today, and we should be thankful that we have a freezer full of good food. Praise the Lord! I have to boast about one thing; there was never anytime that my 3 kids went with out food, clothing or shelter-- even when I was a lost heathen trapped in the JW- cult [Watch Tower cult] for 22 years. My family admits that I am muchmore mellowed out now. God loved me so much that He got me out of that 'church of the poisoned mind.' One of the ways I can 'thank Him' is to continue sharing God Word- the Bible with others. It is the only source of real TRUTH about salvation and survival from the terrible storm ahead of us. Remember, friends? I told you all that the Wall Street Bail Out would not help much! Things will only get worse. That is not to be a sour note or pessimistic out look, friends. These things MUST happen as the Bible predicts before Jesus comes back to take up His Saints and ... His believers.

I feel so insignificant next to him. Fall is the time to reflect.

Fall is my favorite time of the year and kind of like New Year's Eve when we think back of all the friends we have lost in death, and the past years activities.
I just took the dog [Rottweiler, 'Deuce'] out side to do his thing and stretch his legs, etc., and the air temp. was only 57 F. but the sun was bright and warm so I just sat down at our picnic table that we built to get a few rays on my face and arms-- good for storing up vitamin D. I thought about all the things we did this Summer and summed it all up as "good" --although it's been a heck of a roller coaster ride--ups and downs, financially and otherwise.
Sharon is miles away at a seminar with her friends for AWANA, the Baptist version of teaching young kids about the bible and they have to memorize Bible verses, play games and learn to draw near to Jesus Christ inthese 'end times.' Sharon is a great bible teacher and all her kids love her! She teaches out of her power chair while wearing her AWANA uniform. I will post a pic of her later.
My right knee is a little better-- and thank you all for your powerful prayers! I did a gentle workout at the YMCA Gym yesterday to recondition the muscles, and I feel better today, but not out of the woods yet. I never, ever figured that I would be disabled after a full life of being a strong man and power lifter, and it's very humbling. I think God wants it that way because of my prideful attitude most of my former life. I worked hard and played hard.
Well, the house is messy, and I should help put it back together and make some lunch-- I already fed the hound dog, and what a noble beast he is! My pal, Deuce, who keeps me entertained, my faithful companion.
I entreat all of my friends to eventually post a message on this post so I can send you more posts and not lose contact with you all.

I can't believe I got the directions correct and have my own new Blog again! Woo Woo! PTL!
